Webber wins as the rain stays away in Silverstone

RedBull's Mark Webber won a dramatic British GrandPrix at Silverstone today. Mark started the race the race on the front row alongside Fernando Alonso. The Australian became the second repeat winner of the 2012 season and remains in 2nd in the championship behind Fernando Alonso. 

Lewis Hamilton finished the race where he started the race in 8th place. Menawhile team Jenson Button came through the field from 16th on the grid to finish in 10th place. 

Sebastien Vettel finished the race in 3rd place after being completely out performed by Mark Webber all weekend. It was another great day for the Lotus team with Kimi Raikkonen and Romain Grosjean finishing the race in 5th and 6th just behind Ferrari's Felipe Massa.

After the weather issue's at the circuit over the last couple of day's the rain stayed away for the race and it proved to be a fantastic race.

I thoroughly enjoyed the race and it was fantastic to see Mark grab his second win the of the season. So  yet again the Lotus team have shown that consistency really pays off in one the closet championship's in recent year's as Kimi and Romain have scored point's in every race this season. The F1 circuis moves on to Germany in two week's time.

I believe that Pastor Maldonado should receive a penalty or should be put on probation as he has been involved in yet another incident this weekend. Two week's ago in Valencia he was involved in an accident with Lewis Hamilton and then today he was involved in an accident with the Sauber of Sergio Perez. So we will have to wait and see what happens.
