Hamilton wins as Lotus collect double podium

McLaren's Lewis Hamilton won today's Hungarian GrandPrix just ahead of a fantastic driver by Kimi Raikkonen and the Lotus team as Romain Grosjean finished in third. It was a great race and Lotus are constantly up there and I am certain that the Enstone based team will get a win this year.

It was a disappointing race for Sebastian Vettel as he started third and went on to finish the race in 4th. in the championship battle Fernando Alonso maintains his lead while McLaren and Lotus have jumped Ferrari in the Constructor's championship.

I think it is fantastic for Lotus and Kimi as they have been extremely competitive this season and Kimi has collected five podium's while Romain has had three podium's so that is fantastic that the team have had eight podium's in 11 race's and a fantastic way to head in to the Summer break.

It was a nervy time for the Lotus team as Kimi overtook Romain coming out of the pit-lane.

So the next race is in Spa, Belgium at the start of September. So the team's go into a mandatory two week factory shut down. So from second down to fifth the championship battle is getting extremely close.
