Williams Pastor Maldonado set the fastest time in a wet/dry Friday's second practice for this weekend's German GrandPrix. He finished just ahead of home favorites Nico Rosberg and Sebastian Vettel. Michael Schumacher had a difficult session as the German crashed his car while talking to his engineers and changing the setting's on his steering wheel.
Meanwhile it was another strong performance by the Lotus duo as Kimi Raikkonen was 10th and Romain Grosjean was 5th.
Sergio Perez was 4th fastest for the Sauber F1 team. Lewis Hamilton and Fernando Alonso were down in 19th and 20th respectively. Jenson Button was in 8th place just ahead of RedBull's Mark Webber.
I certainly think that we are for an extremely exciting race on Sunday particularly with the unpredictable weather forecast.
