Vettel penalised for off track overtake on Button

RedBull's Sebastian Vettel has been handed a post race 20 second penalty for overtaking Jenson Button off track in the closing stages of today's German GrandPrix. The German driver was challenging Button for second in the GrandPrix and was judged to have gained and unfair advantage on Button.
