Kimi Raikkonen and Lotus have a lot of work to do in tomrrow's qualifying session for the Malaysian GrandPrix. After Friday FP2 the team discovered a problem with Kimi's gearbox which required it to be replaced.
This means that Kimi who struggled in FP2 has been given an automatic 5 place grid penalty for Sunday's race. Kimi started last weekend's Australian GrandPrix from 17th place after missing out in Q1, however he drove a great race in Melbourne and finished the race in the point's in 7th place.
After FP2 the team were frastrated as Kimi had a problem with his KERS unit and they are still trying to find a solution to his power steering issue. With the prospect of rain for Sunday's race it is going to be very interesting to see what happens as Kimi and the team have done very limited wet running.
