Kubica comeback still a while away yet

Former Renault F1 driver Robert Kubica is still a long way off a decision on his Formula One future. The Polish driver missed the entire of the 2011 Formula One season after he was nearly killed in rally crash in Italy last January.

He partially severed his left hand in the accident and fractured his leg after part of the car's suspension penetrated his car. He underwent several surgery's and had to have his hand reattached following the accident. In January of this year while recovering from his accident the Pole suffered a major setback after  he slipped and fell on an icy road reopening a fracture in his right leg.

I feel really sorry for Kubica because he is an extremely quick driver and has had his fair share of bad crashes. At the 2007 Canadian GrandPrix in Moontreal he crashed extremely heavily and missed the following race n the United States his place was taken by none other then Sebastian Vettel.

It had been thought that that Kubica was going to be allowed to run in an old Renault however his contract ran out in December last year. It is thought that Kubica may be in line to replace Felipe Massa at Ferrari for 21013 should the Italian team decide to drop the Brazilian.
