RedBull's Sebastian Vettel will start tomorrow's Abu Dhabi GrandPrix from the back of the grid after the FIA penalized him for stopping out on track after qualifying and failing to provide a sufficient fuel sample to the race stewards.
The decision throws the championship wide open with Vettel and Fernando Alonso seperated by only 13 points with three race's left this season. As a result everyone will move up a place on the grid.
