Austin on track to meet completion date

Formula One's eagerly anticipated return to US shores is well on track pardon the pun haha, that is according to FIA race director Charlie Whiting who visited the track following last weekend's Canadian GrandPrix to check the progress and his report was two thumbs up for the circuit. The inspection came as ticket's for November's race went on sale on 10th June.

I can't wait for F1 to return to the US, and I believe that the race will be a HUGE success as Circuit of the Americas, the race organizers have done a fantastic job promoting the race. There had been problems with the circuit a couple of months ago as a dispute between the promoters and their former director threatened to derail the race. However the race is set to go ahead from 16th - 18th November and is the second last race of the 2012 season.

I have seen photo's of the circuit and through Codemasters Facebook page and Youtube, I followed a track guide of the Tilke designed circuit and it looks like a fantastic venue. I am a looking into attending next year's race.
